Our return and exchange policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Where does this store ship and where are the products coming from?
We currently ship to the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. In addition, we will be expanding to other territories and regions soon. Moreover, many of our items ship from overseas and while we try to make sure you get your items as fast as possible, customs are typically involved which can sometimes cause delays. Moreover, to compensate for the processing and shipping times we always offer FREE SHIPPING.
