What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Our return and exchange policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us via email, support@seasonscatch.com before the 60 days return policyPLEASE DO NOT CONTACT OR SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER.

Do you offer refunds?

YES, we offer full refunds if you're not satisfied with your purchase. However, if 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 12-20 days (average processing time is 1-7 days) for items to be delivered. However, items may be delivered earlier than expected. If any questions, please feel free to contact us via email (support@seasonscatch.com)

• For countries outside of the US, please allow additional time because items must go through customs which causes shipping delays.

Where does this store ship and where are the products coming from?

We currently ship to the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. In addition, we will be expanding to other territories and regions soon. Moreover, many of our items ship from overseas and while we try to make sure you get your items as fast as possible, customs are typically involved which can sometimes cause delays. Moreover, to compensate for the processing and shipping times we always offer FREE SHIPPING
